Service description
QZ9 provides certification preparation tools, original practice questions, exam simulator sessions, results, explanations, progress tracking, subscriptions, and account features.
Independent platform
QZ9 is independent and is not affiliated with Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, CompTIA, PMI, or other certification owners unless explicitly stated. Vendor names and certification codes are used for identification only.
Acceptable use
You agree to use QZ9 for personal study or authorized training purposes. You may not abuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected simulator content, resell access, share paid accounts, or interfere with the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Account access may be limited, suspended, or removed if misuse, fraud, security risk, or violation of these Terms is detected.
Free and paid access
Guest users may access a limited sample. Free registered accounts may access the free question limit. Paid plans provide access according to the selected subscription period and current plan rules.
Payments and renewal
Paid access is provided through the configured checkout and payment provider. Subscription dates, order status, and renewal options are shown in the user dashboard when available.
Educational content
QZ9 content is created for educational preparation. The platform does not promise any exam outcome, employment result, certification result, or vendor endorsement.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed according to the published refund policy, payment provider rules, and order status.
Limitation of liability
QZ9 is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QZ9 is not responsible for indirect losses, business interruption, exam outcomes, or third-party service issues.
Changes
QZ9 may update these Terms as the platform, payment flows, or legal requirements evolve. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
