Overview
QZ9 operates a certification preparation platform with account access, exam simulator sessions, checkout, subscriptions, support, and admin tools. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and how we protect it.
Information we collect
We may collect account details such as name, email address, password hash, preferred language, registration date, and imported legacy account references when an older QZ9 account is migrated. We also store simulator activity such as attempts, answers, scores, progress, and unfinished sessions so users can resume preparation.
Checkout and subscriptions
When you choose a paid plan, QZ9 stores order information such as customer name, email, selected plan, amount, currency, payment provider, payment status, provider reference, and subscription start and end dates. Payment processing is handled by the configured payment provider. QZ9 does not store full card numbers.
Support and contact messages
When you contact QZ9, we store the details you provide so the support request can be reviewed and answered. Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, or sensitive identity documents through the contact form.
How we use information
We use information to operate accounts, provide simulator access, calculate results, manage subscriptions, process orders, prevent abuse, answer support requests, improve the platform, and maintain legal and security records.
Security
QZ9 uses Laravel security controls including CSRF protection, server-side validation, hashed passwords, authorization checks, and prepared database queries. Access to admin tools is restricted to authorized accounts.
Independent platform notice
QZ9 is an independent training platform. Vendor and certification names are used only to identify certification tracks and remain trademarks of their respective owners.
Data retention
We keep account, order, subscription, and simulator records while they are needed to operate the platform, support customers, maintain reporting, and meet legal or accounting requirements. Some records may be anonymized or retained for audit history after an account is removed.
