ECBA Exam Objectives

Use the ECBA objective map to turn missed questions into focused review.

The ECBA objectives are the control map for Entry Certificate in Business Analysis. They show what a candidate should be able to recognize, compare, or apply before a practice session can be considered reliable. Business analysis exams focus on elicitation, requirements, stakeholder decisions, solution value, and traceability across the work.

Detailed objectives are not structured in QZ9 for this record yet. Use the linked provider source as the main reference, extract the visible skill areas, and group missed questions by those themes during review.

Turn the source outline into review decisions

After the ECBA Practice Test, do not stop at the percentage. Link every missed question to an objective. If several misses come from the same area, fix that area before opening another set of questions.

QZ9 includes 80 practice questions on QZ9. Use that depth to vary scenarios and check whether your reasoning holds when wording changes. To turn this objective map into a weekly routine, pair it with the ECBA study guide.

A strong objective note has only three parts: what the topic asks, how it appears in a scenario, and the mistake you tend to make. That format prevents long notes that look complete but do not help when answer choices are close.
